A Mahoning County grand jury Thursday indicted these people on these charges:

Kenneth Lee Carter, 24, North Dunlap Avenue, aggravated robbery with a firearm specification.

Dwaylian M. Harris, 28, Fort Wayne, Ind., aggravated robbery with a firearm specification.

Elliot Moody, 27, Canfield Road, improperly handling a firearm in a motor vehicle and two counts of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Ashley Altomare, 29, Maplewood Drive, Struthers, possession of heroin, possession of drug-abuse instruments and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Justin Ciarocco, 26, South Avenue, Boardman, possession of heroin, possession of drug-abuse instruments and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Stefan A. Fiutowski, 27, Rockdale Avenue, Boardman, possession of a firearm in a liquor establishment, two counts of carrying concealed weapons, two counts of aggravated menacing and assault.

Sandra D. Johngrass, 47, Churchill Road, Hillsville, Pa., possession of cocaine and two counts of operating a vehicle while impaired.

Richard A. Vickers Jr., 30, receiving stolen property and identity fraud.

Teron M. Villanueva, 22, West Boston Avenue, carrying concealed weapons and possession of a defaced firearm.

Tyrell A. Williamson, 36, Cumberland Circle, Austintown, possession of heroin.

Robert J. Hanni, 28, South Lakeview Avenue, breaking and entering and possession of criminal tools.

Jeffrey Shorter, 46, East Avondale Avenue, burglary.

Tony Cheirs, 52, Ellenwood Avenue, burglary.

Antwan K. Teemer, 28, East Dewey Avenue, possession of cocaine and possession of heroin.

Antonio Crockett, 28, East Judson Avenue, being a felon in possession of a firearm and carrying concealed weapons.

Willie E. Jones, 35, Halleck Avenue, two counts of possession of drugs and possession of cocaine.

Leronica Smith, 37, Castlewood Lane, Cleveland, two counts of possession of drugs and possession of cocaine.

Whister Winford III, 35, Westchester Drive, Austintown, receiving stolen property.

Sandy Williams Jr., 29, West Dennick Avenue, theft of drugs.

James Brown, 35, Lyden Avenue, two counts of aggravated robbery with firearm specifications.

Kiaria Ballinger, 20, East Philadelphia Avenue, forgery.
