ASSOCIATIONS

Mill Creek Chapter of American Business Women’s Association will meet at 6:30 p.m. April 14 at A La Cart Catering, 429 Lisbon St., Canfield. Margaret Williams, a former social studies and English teacher at Austintown Fitch High School, will share details of her travels to Northern Ireland. She serves as a tour guide at the Arms Family Museum of Local History in Youngstown. A brunch for $17 per person will consist of French toast sticks, ham and cheese strata, spinach quiche, link sausage, bacon, home-fried potatoes, assorted pastries, fresh fruit, orange juice, tea and coffee. Tri-Gold Chapter of the American Women’s Business Association will meet at 6 p.m. April 8 at A La Cart Catering in Canfield. A social will precede the meeting at 5:30. Tickets for the event are $19 and include a meal of roast beef, stuffed cabbage, shells with alfredo sauce, buttered parsley potato, buttered corn, tossed salad, rolls, dessert, and coffee and tea. A new-member affiliation ceremony take place to welcome Pat Pero. A basket auction planned for April 11 will be finalized. Trumbull Retired Teachers Association will meet at noon April 14 at Ciminero’s Banquet Centre, 123 N. Main St., Niles. There will be a collection of candle wax, canceled stamps, cell phones, eyeglasses, hearing aids and yarn at this meeting.

Campbell Memorial January and June Classes of 1950 will meet for lunch at noon Wednesday at Bedford Trails in Coitsville.

Woodrow Wilson High School Class of 1951 will meet for breakfast at 10 a.m. Wednesday at the Landmark Restaurant, 7424 Market St., Boardman. Classmates and guests are invited.

POLITICAL GROUPS

Warren Republican Women’s Club will meet for a luncheon at 11:30 a.m. Thursday at the Chop House in Howland. SUPPORT GROUPS

Alzheimer Network Family Support Group will meet at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Children’s Rehabilitation Center, 885 Howland-Wilson Road, Howland; and at noon April 4 at Sunrise Assisted Living, 335 W. Alzheimer’s Association Caregiver Support Group will meet at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Northside Medical Center, Medical Office Building A, 500 Gypsy Lane, Youngstown. Meetings are free and open to all caregivers, family members and friends with a loved one who has Alzheimer’s disease or a related dementia. Registration is appreciated but not required. RTS Bereavement Services Parent Support Program at Northside Medical Center, 500 Gypsy Lane, Youngstown, is for families who are grieving over the loss of their baby through miscarriage, stillbirth or newborn death.
