Television shows released on DVD this week include:

v “Mystery Science Theater 3000: XXXII”: The mockery just keeps on coming. This set delivers Steve Reeves’ immortal ’50s strongman dubfest “Hercules” (Joel Hodgson hosting) and three other (non-)gems, plus the usual fresh intros, featurettes, mini-posters; list price $60 for 4 discs, from Shout.

v “Star Trek: The Original Series — Capt. Kirk’s Boldest Missions”: Casual fans get eight Shatner-centric episodes, including “Space Seed,” “The City on the Edge of Forever” (with Joan Collins), plus featurettes; $17 for 2 discs, CBS.

v “Matlock’s Greatest Cases”: Andy Griffith’s Southern lawyer in 12 top eps; $25 for 3 discs, CBS.

v “The Beginner’s Bible”: Kid-aimed animated tales (Moses, nativity, Easter), in English and Spanish, with Kathie Lee Gifford theme song; $10, StarVista.

v “Greatest Heroes of the Bible”: Three separate volumes of tales aired in 1978, with Gene Barry, Lew Ayres, Tyne Daly, Robert Culp, other familiar stars; $15 each, Paramount.

“Big Time in Hollywood, FL” (10:30 P.M., COMEDY CENTRAL): This new comedy is about slacker brothers and wannabe filmmakers (Alex Anfanger and Lenny Jacobson) who learn that their parents are planning to boot them out of the house. Hilarity — and a dire situation — ensue.

“Dean Smith” (9 p.m., Showtime): “Dean Smith” is a fitting piece of programming during NCAA tourney time. It’s a fond look back at the life and legacy of the legendary University of North Carolina basketball coach, who died last month.

“Nashville: ON THE RECORD 2” (10 P.M., ABC): Cast members perform songs from (and chat about) the soapy, twangy drama.
