Youngstown Board of Control has special meeting Wednesday

YOUNGSTOWN — There will be a special meeting of the Youngstown Board of Control — the mayor, law director and finance director — at 10 a.m. Wednesday in the city council's caucus room on the sixth floor of city hall, 26 S. Phelps St.
