YMHA gets clean audit report

YOUNGSTOWN — The Youngstown Metropolitan Housing Authority has received the auditor of state award for excellence in record-keeping after the state auditor’s office said it had given the authority a “clean” financial audit report.

To receive this award, a local government organization or school district must file timely financial reports with the state auditor’s office in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles; and the audit report must not contain any findings for recovery, material citations or weaknesses, significant deficiencies or questioned costs.
