WARREN — Keiry J. Patterson, 21, of Rogers Street Southeast is charged with aggravated robbery, accused of robbing a restaurant delivery driver Sunday afternoon.

He is due in Warren Municipal Court later today for arraignment.

A driver for the Rig Restaurant in Howland reported being robbed at gunpoint as he delivered food in the 2300 block of Rogers Avenue near Beck Street Southeast at 5:20 p.m.

The driver said a man wearing all black came from behind an apartment and put a gun in his face and ordered him to turn over the money and food. The thief also took the driver’s cellphone before running away.
