Niles man gets 10 years for role in heroin OD

WARREN — Mark Thornsberry, 25, of Niles, was sentenced to 10 years in prison this morning in Trumbull County Common Pleas Court for giving a fatal dose of heroin to a friend in May.

Judge Ronald Rice noted that Thornsberry's bond was revoked in this case because he was present when another person overdosed on heroin.
