Boardman police are investigating a burglary

Township police are investigating a burglary after a Firnley Avenue resident reported that more than $2,000 worth of property was missing from his house.

The victim reported that after he returned from a three-month-long trip, he noticed that a door had been pried open and a window was broken. He reported that he was missing a television, game systems, DVDs and games.

The victim told police he believes someone he knows could be responsible for the burglary.
