Downtown plans to be unveiled this morning

YOUNGSTOWN — The Youngstown Economic Action Group will unveil its downtown vision and implementation plan at its meeting this morning.

The plan is to promote support for the public and private sectors to develop a vibrant downtown Youngstown.
