Want to talk to Mayor John A. McNally? You can do so Tuesday

YOUNGSTOWN — Mayor John A. McNally will have his monthly Five Minutes with the Mayor session Tuesday starting at 5 p.m. in the mayor’s office at city hall, 26 S. Phelps St.

People are invited to stop in on St. Patrick’s Day to say hello, discuss concerns or ask questions about city issues, McNally said. Those attending will be given “wearing of the green” shamrocks, the mayor said.
