Indictments

A Mahoning County grand jury handed up indictments Thursday against these people on these charges:

Davante Scott, 20, Cranbrook Drive, superseding indictment, receiving stolen property, two counts of improper handling of a firearm in a motor vehicle and being a felon in possession of a firearm.

Curtis Daye, 23, Idora Avenue, superseding indictment, receiving stolen property, two counts of improper handling of a firearm in a motor vehicle and being a felon in possession of a firearm.

Aaron R. Hartley, 43, Elm Street, Struthers, felony domestic violence and misdemeanor domestic violence.

Lachelle Cantrell, 31, Idlewood Avenue, burglary.

Jesse Lavin, 35, Elm Street, possession of cocaine and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia.

Teresa Light, 51, Volney Road, possession of cocaine, illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of drug-abuse instruments.

Robert Walton, 36, Alameda Avenue, felonious assault.

Stephen W. Jones, 25, West Creed Street, Struthers, domestic violence.

Majed Ali, 27, Edenrock Drive, Canfield, improperly handling of a firearm in a motor vehicle.

Bernard A. Hasley Jr., 25, Benita Avenue, being a felon in possession of a firearm and carrying concealed weapons.

Richard Armstrong, 36, South First Street, possession of cocaine and possession of heroin.

Donrail Burkes, 24, East Judson Avenue, being a felon in possession of a firearm and carrying concealed weapons.

Randall Culler, 35, Bell Road, Lisbon, tampering with evidence, possession of cocaine, possession of drugs, illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia and two counts of possession of dangerous drugs.

Amos Dothard, 28, Plazaview Court, receiving stolen property and improper handling of a firearm in a motor vehicle.

Talisha M. Kinard, 39, East Dewey Avenue, possession of drugs with forfeiture specifications and possession of drugs.

Michael Martinez, 34, Hazeltine Avenue, possession of cocaine.

Kevin Stoffer, 18, Kendis Circle, aggravated robbery and robbery with firearm specifications.

Christopher Taylor, 19, East Dewey Avenue, aggravated robbery and robbery with firearm specifications.

Joseph Shura, 35, Buena Vista Avenue, Boardman, direct presentment, escape.

Dexter Buxton, 18, East Avondale Avenue, direct presentment, felony assault and misdemeanor assault.

Victoria Smith, 35, East Judson Avenue, possession of heroin, possession of drugs with a forfeiture specification, possession of drugs and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia.

Paris L. Wright aka Paris Gray, 20, Whipple Avenue, Campbell, rape.

Michael Welsh, 41, East Dewey Avenue, escape.

Jermaine E. Young, 22, Crescent Street, Struthers, aggravated burglary, burglary and robbery.

Demetrius V. Martinez, 19, Murray Avenue, Campbell, aggravated burglary, burglary and robbery.

Michael Claytor, 61, Jackson Street, Campbell, two counts of rape and sexual battery.

Robert Latimer III, 43, South Kimberly Avenue, Austintown, workers’ compensation fraud, theft and tampering with records.
