Downtown Youngstown street closed a few hours Monday for pole replacement

YOUNGSTOWN — North Hazel Street between Federal and Commerce Streets will be closed from about 7 a.m. to about 4 p.m. Monday to enable First Energy to replace a light pole, Charles T. Shasho, the city’s deputy director of public works, announced today.
