Children removed from 'deplorable' home in Austintown

AUSTINTOWN — Authorities removed four children were removed from a home late Wednesday that police described as deplorable.

The children, whose ages were not available this morning, were taken from a home in the 4300 block of Nottingham Avenue after authorities were called to the home at 10:04 p.m. Wednesday.

Officials said the home was in "deplorable conditions." There was also a report of domestic violence at the same address and same time that led to no arrest due to conflicting stories.
