BREAKING NEWS | Mudslide closes highway ramp on Youngstown expressway

YOUNGSTOWN — A mudslide has closed a ramp from the Himrod Avenue Expressway to the westbound Madison Avenue Expressway.

A spokesman for the street department said the ramp has been closed since 4 a.m. today.

The spokesman said crews are trying to determine if a waterline may have broken in the area to cause the mudslide. He also said he was not sure how long the ramp will remain closed.
