Author Lois Gibbs speak at news conference Friday at Youngstown injection well site

YOUNGSTOWN — Members of Frackfree Mahoning Valley will accompany leader and author Lois Gibbs, of Love Canal renown, on Friday, as she visits Northstar 1, the injection well associated with the 4.0 magnitude earthquake of Dec. 31, 2011, that was felt in surrounding states and as far away as Canada.

The visit and a news conference featuring Gibbs will be at 3:30 p.m. on public property near the Northstar 1 injection well site on Ohio Works Drive.
