Pair cited after Choffin phone fight

YOUNGSTOWN — Two students were cited for disorderly conduct about 10 a.m. Tuesdsay at the Choffin Career And Technical Center, 200 E. Wood St., after a fight over a cell phone, reports said.

Reports said an 18-year-old and a juvenile, whose age was not provided by police, began arguing with each other in a classroom, then shoved tables into each other before throwing punches.

The two were separated, and the juvenile said the 18-yeaar-old had stolen his phone, reports said.

Both students had cuts and bruises, reports said. They were released to a parent.
