Driver hits woman's car after fast food fracas

YOUNGSTOWN — Police said a woman in line at the drive-thru at the 2525 Market St. McDonalds at about 3:35 p.m. Tuesday was threatened by a person in the vehicle in front of her and that person later struck her car.

Reports said the woman told police the car refused to move forward and she beeped her horn. The driver got out of the car and threatened her and a passenger had to get out to restrain the driver, reports said.

The woman pulled out of the drive through lane and the man then intentionally swerved his car into hers, reports said.

The woman's 14-year-old son was with her, reports said.

The man in the car drove away before police arrived, reports said.
