Campbell police arrest man on drug charge

CAMPBELL — Police arrested Devon Moreland, 25, of Youngstown for a felony drug-possession charge Sunday evening.

Police said Moreland was driving a white Ford pickup that was pulled over as it turned into the parking lot of the Campbell Party Shop on 12th Street for speeding.

The report says police found three white cylinder-shaped pills, and 10 oxycodone pills. Moreland was also found with $2,435, which was seized as evidence.
