Niles SCOPE Senior Center is offering two motorcoach trips for senior citizens. The first will be May 5, 6 and 7 to Holland, Mich., to visit tulip gardens, Dutch Village, DeKlomp Wooden Shoe and Delft factory, Windmill Gardens, DeZwaan Windmill and reserved seats at the Volksparade. The cost of $357 per person based on double occupancy covers two nights’ lodging, two breakfasts, two dinners, and luggage handling, taxes and gratuities. The center urges that travelers call as soon as possible so the trip can be secured. The second event is a one-day trip, “It’s Wine O’Clock in Cleveland” with Anderson Tours and a pick-up in Niles. The tour will leave at about 9 a.m. and travel to Cleveland to board the Nautica Queen for the “Memory Lane Big Band Era Cruise and Lunch Buffet.” After the cruise the group will visit three wineries. The bus will return to Niles at about 8 p.m. The cost is $104. The center needs to have names by March 16. The final payment deadline will be announced at that time.
