WEBINAR

George P. Millich Jr., a Youngstown trust attorney and ‚ãmember at Harrington, Hoppe & Mitchell, Ltd. law firm, will be one of the two presenting lawyers at an upcoming national webinar for advisers of landowners with oil and gas income. The webinar, sponsored by the National Business Institute, will be webcast March 24 from NBI’s offices in Eau Claire, Wis. It is approved for continuing education credits for lawyers and financial planners in more than 40 U.S. states and territories. Millich will address three topics: royalty taxation, trust structuring and the use of corporate entities to protect assets.

SALES

Diane Theis, of Boardman, was recently recognized by Premier Designs Inc. for her jewelry sales at the regional rally in Pittsburgh. She received the award for placing No. 3 for her retail sales in the region. She sold $31,409 in jewelry from June 2014 through December 2014. She also was No. 3 in the region for sponsoring seven new jewelers on her team during the same time period. Theis has been an independent distributor with Premier Designs for nine years.

REAL ESTATE

Real Living Volpini Realty Group recently announced that Nancy Mesmer has joined the company as a new associate. Mesmer earned her real-estate license from ETI Technical College of Niles. She previously worked at H&R Block, Lakeside Realty and owned a salon called Creative Visions in Hubbard for seven years. She is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Ohio Association of Realtors and the Warren Area Board of Realtors. Nancy and her husband, John, live in Hubbard. They have four children.
