Hubbard man's death ruled a homicide

The death of a Hubbard man whose body was found in the uptown part of the city early Saturday has been ruled a homicide, police said.

Preliminary results of an autopsy indicated that Cody Pitts, 26, of Hubbard, died of a single gunshot wound, according to a press release issued today.

Hubbard Detective Sgt. David Oaks said police are interviewing witnesses and that no arrests have been made in the case.
