Cortland woman jailed for heroin

YOUNGSTOWN

A Cortland woman was arrested on drug charges when members of the vice squad served a search warrant at 6:35 p.m. Thursday at a 244 E. Philadelphia Ave. home.

Reports said a purse next to Juliana Lubianetzki, 43, of Ivy Hill Circle had a bag of heroin, two suboxone strips and four used needles.

She was arrested on charges of possession of heroin and possession of drug abuse instruments and taken to the Mahoning County jail
