Youngstown cops probe shootings
YOUNGSTOWN
Police are investigating two separate shootings early Tuesday morning and Monday afternoon.
About 12:50 a.m., police were called to St. Elizabeth Youngstown, where Hiawatha Johnson, 27, of Youngstown, who was treated for a gunshot wound behind the ear he sustained while driving on East Indianola Avenue near Market Street.
About 5:15 p.m. Monday, Marcius Macklin, 20, of Youngstown, was shot at Erie Street and East Midlothian Boulevard. Reports did not say where he was wounded. He was also taken to St. Elizabeth.
Police are also investigating a shooting late Sunday evening at an apartment in the 2600 block of Tyrell Avenue that wounded two people.
