YOUNGSTOWN

Two women who police say got a stolen car stuck in snow Monday morning were both taken to the Mahoning County jail.

An officer on West Marion Avenue about 3 a.m. spotted a car driven by Amaefura Dodson, 30, of Youngstown, and he checked the plate and discovered the car was reported stolen. The car became stuck in snow in front of a home in the 300 block of West Marion Avenue.

When police looked inside, they found two crack pipes and two purses in which a third crack pipe was discovered.

A passsenger, Misti Teston, 30, of Youngstown, gave police several different names before she went to the jail, reports said.

Dodson was arrested on charges of receiving stolen property and driving under suspension. Teston was taken into custody on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia because the crack pipe in the purse was found to be hers and obstructing official business.
