Youngstown police investigating South Side shooting

YOUNGSTOWN — A gunshot victim was dropped off at St. Elizabeth Youngstown Hospital after having been shot at about 5:30 p.m. today on Erie Street near Midlothian Boulevard on the city’s South Side.

As he arrived for the overnight turn, Police Lt. Ramon Cox said detectives went to the scene, but he did not have any details of the shooting or the victim’s condition.
