Woman arrested after stealing hundreds of dollars worth of dental products

Police arrested a North Canton woman on three warrants that accuse her of stealing dental products three separate times from Giant Eagle stores.

Kristi Lynn Albright, 24, of was arrested at 6:13 p.m. Friday at the Berlin Fire Station, 15801 Akron-Canfield Road in Berlin Center. She was wanted on three theft warrants – one a first-degree misdemeanor while the other two were fifth-degree felonies. Albright is due in Mahoning County Area Court today to be arraigned on the charges.

According to police reports, she is accused of stealing the products twice from the Giant Eagle, 1201 Doral Drive, on May 23 and 31, and once May 23 from the Giant Eagle, 476 Boardman-Canfield Road. Police said she worked with a male in all three instances.

On May 23 at the Doral Drive store, the duo is said to have stolen $1,265 worth of razors and whitening strips. Police said she put $867 worth of merchandise in her purse. That same day at the Boardman-Canfield Road store, Albright is said to have taken $245 worth of whitening strip products, and the man took $232 worth of razors.

On May 31 at the Doral Drive store, police said the duo stole $1,161 worth of the same two products. That time, police said, Albright is accused of having put $603 worth of whitening toothpaste and strips in her purse.
