Kathryn Cerni, Joseph Swantek to marry Sept. 5

Kathryn Cerni of Poland and Joseph Swantek of North Lima are engaged and planning a Sept. 5 wedding.

The bride-elect is the daughter of Joseph Cerni of Youngstown and Susan Zyznar of Poland.

The prospective groom is the son of Joseph and JoAnne Swantek of North Lima.

The couple will exchange vows at 1 p.m. at St. Dominic Church in Youngstown, and a reception will follow at Antone’s Banquet Centre in Boardman.

The future bride earned a bachelor’s degree in applied science from Youngstown State University. She is a co-operative consultant at La Fabbrica Di Moffetta LLC in Hudson, Ohio.

Mr. Swantek is a logistics coordinator at AGC Glass Co. in Boardman.
