Thursday: The Warren JFK graduate shot a 1-under par 69 in the first round of the Travelers Championship at TPC River Highlands in Cromwell, Conn. Kokrak birdied four holes and had three bogeys. He is tied for 76th place, even shots behind leader Bubba Watson (8-under 62).

Today: Kokrak tees off at 8:10 a.m. on No. 10. His playing partners are Heath Slocum and Zac Blair.
