Greatest juniors tee Friday at Pine; Scramble tees at Mill

Greatest Golfer of the Valley aims to tee off its third junior qualifier of the season Friday — if Mother Nature agrees.

Pine Lakes Golf Course in Hubbard hosts the event that tees at noon. It's a redo from a May event that was rained out.

Rain also washed out Wednesday's Greatest qualifier at Mill Creek Golf COurse. That will be played Wed., July 1.

Also with Greatest, Gateways Better Living Scramble tees off Friday at 10:30 at Mill Creek. The winning team will earn a spot in the Miller Lite/Superior Beverage Greatest Scramble Championship on Aug. 17 at The Lake Club.
