Financial workshop planned at YWCA

YOUNGSTOWN

A “Keep it Safe” Financial Workshop will take place from noon to 1 p.m. June 30 at the YWCA, 25 W. Rayen Ave. Experts from Huntington Bank will show participants how to protect their rights as consumers and how to be financially prepared if a disaster strikes.

By the end, participants will be able to recognize how federal deposit insurance protects deposits, how to guard against identity theft, how the various types of insurance will help manage risks, the need to plan for unexpected death or disability and describe ways to be financially prepared.
