Theft: Police released Kimberly Davis, 42, of Shadow Oak Drive, on a summons for the reported theft of $37.96 in merchandise at Marc’s, 4755 Mahoning Ave.

Theft: An air-conditioning unit was stolen from outside a vacant apartment in the 4000 block of Rhode Island Drive.

Theft: Police arrested Margaret Schwonek, 38, of Cool Road, Canfield, for theft at Walmart, 6001 Mahoning Ave., for purportedly stealing $61 worth of merchandise and for contributing to the delinquency of a minor because her 3-year-old son was with her.

Illegal dumping: A male suspect was caught putting trash in trash receptacles at Austintown Township Park, 6000 Kirk Road.

Theft: Unauthorized charges were reported to an account for owner of a home in the 1000 block of Victory Hill Lane.

Warrant: Police arrested Jandanai Priest, 40, of North Street, Warren, on a warrant for grand theft and forgery.

Assault: An ex-boyfriend is a suspect in an assault at a home in the 3000 block of Oakwood Avenue.

Theft: Jeffrey Kitchen, 53 of 6 Merri Drive, Youngstown, was arrested for theft of $38.57 in merchandise at Walmart, 6001 Mahoning Ave.

Recovered property: A .32-caliber revolver was recovered at Certified Oil, 825 N. Canfield-Niles Road.

Telecommunications harassment: A woman reported getting unwanted texts at a home in the 3000 block of Cumberland Drive.

Theft: A total of $541.11 was charged on a debit/credit card at Hollywood Gaming at Mahoning Valley Race Course, 777 Hollywood Drive.

Theft: A total of $57.86 in gasoline was stolen at Country Fair,1143 N. Canfield-Niles Road.

Criminal damaging: A vehicle’s finish was deliberately scratched at Sheetz, 5499 Mahoning Ave.

Theft: An ex-employee made unauthorized charges on a company credit card at Siffrin Inc.,136 Westchester Drive.

Assaulting a police officer: Police arrested a 15-year-old male student for assaulting a police officer at Austintown Fitch High School, 4560 Falcon Drive.

Theft: A total of $40.01 in fuel was stolen at Country Fair.

Breaking and entering: A bicycle was taken from a home in the 200 block of South Beverly Avenue.

Theft: An employee was accused of theft at Get Go, 5163 Mahoning Ave.

Theft: A GPS and change were stolen from an unlocked car at parked a home in the 5000 block of West Webb Road.

Theft: A total of $20 in loose change was stolen from an unlocked vehicle parked at a home in the 5000 block of West Webb Road.

Theft: A cellphone and garage-door openers were taken from an unlocked car parked in the 1000 block of Woodledge Drive.

Warrant: Police arrested Leo Petrosky, 38, of Redgate Lane, on a warrant for failure to comply to appear in court on charges of possession of drug-abuse instruments.

Fraud: A resident in the 4000 block of Nottingham Avenue was defrauded out of $734.

Fraud: Unauthorized charges were made on a Home Savings and Loan account for a person living in a home in the 4000 block of Nottingham Avenue.

Theft: A debit card was taken and unauthorized charges were made on it. The card belonged to a person living in a home in the 3000 block of Cannon Road.

Theft: Police arrested Steve Manevich, 27, of Ridge Road, Newton Falls, on a theft charge. Police said he took $189.77 in merchandise from Kmart, 4475 Mahoning Ave.

Fraud: Unauthorized charges were made at a home in the 5000 block of Tulane Avenue.

Breaking and entering: Chickens were taken from a home in the 6000 block of Fairview Road.

June 4

Burglary: Someone entered a vehicle parked in a garage at a home in the 5000 block of Cider Mill Crossing and took some loose change.

Drug offense: Police arrested Jonathan Bagley, 34, of Penn Avenue, Salem, on a charge ofdrug possession of heroin and issued him a summons on possession of marijuana.

Burglary: Police arrested James Centafanti, 35, of Norquest Boulevard, on a charge of burglary, theft and possession of criminal tools at a home in the 6000 block of Kirk Road.

Burglary: A home in the 1000 block of Maplecrest Drive was burglarized.

Burglary: A window was broken out and $750 in cash was stolen at a home in the 4000 block of East Webb Road.

Theft: Police arrested Melissa Berry, 32, of South Meridian Road for the theft of $46.57 in merchandise from Walmart.

June 6

Fraud: A total of $144.10 in unauthorized credit-card charges were reported at a home in the 6000 block of Winter Park Avenue.

Burglary: A tenant returned after an eviction to a property in the 1000 block of Maplecrest Drive.

Drug offense: Police arrested James Gadd, 27, of Tyrell Street, Youngstown, on a charge of possession of marijuana paraphernalia.

June 7

Theft: A theft was reported at Hollywood Gaming aat Mahoning Valley Race Court.

Drug offense: Police arrested Stephen Rouan, 21,of Meander Drive, Mineral Ridge, and issued him a summons for possession of marijuana and marijuana drug paraphernalia.
