Ruritan welcomes new member

SPECIAL TO THE VINDICATOR Berlin Ellsworth Ruritan recently welcomed Bill Porterfield as a member. He is a graduate of Canfield High School and is married to the former Lisa Canankamp of Berlin Center. The couple have a son, John, and they reside in Berlin Center.
