Garden club awards scholarships

SPECIAL TO THE VINDICATOR Men’s Garden Club of Youngstown recently presented its 2015 scholarships to Christian Moore, left, of Ohio State University, and Joe Fagnano of Youngstown State University, the club secretary. At the May meeting, the students told members how they will use their scholarships to further their studies.
