CRAFT SHOWS

Celebrate Poland craft show will take place from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. June 27 at the Poland Village Hall, 308 S. Main St. Potential arts and crafts vendors, as well as nonprofit groups, are asked to call Barbara Banks at 330-757-4584 for registration. The fee for this one-day event is $30 for a 15-by-10-foot space. Celebrate Poland is a family friendly weekend including a parade, music and fireworks.

FLEA MARKETS

Saxon Club, 710 S. Meridian Road, Austintown, will host a flea market from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Tuesday and each Tuesday into October, weather permitting. Vendors can set up early in the large spaces, which cost $5 each. Refreshments are available.

FUNDRAISERS

Mercer County Trails Association and Buhl Farm Park are hosting the fifth annual Tour of Mercer County bicycle ride Saturday. It begins rain or shine with registration at Buhl Farm Park, 715 Hazen Road, Hermitage, between 7 and 10 a.m. and offers routes of 15, 35, 65 and 100 miles. The full-service tour, which costs $25, features rural countryside, Amish farms, panoramic views of area lakes and a hot meal for the century riders at Goddard State Park. Funds will benefit Buhl Farm Park and MCTA. All riders must have a helmet. Those unable to attend can still support the trails efforts by sending a donation to MCTA, P.O. SALES

Helping Hands Closet at Western Reserve United Methodist Church, 4580 Canfield Road, Canfield, has new and gently used clothes for the entire family. Just in for women are sizes 3x, 4x and 5x. Hours are 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Tuesday.

St. Patrick Church, 1420 Oak Hill Ave., Youngstown, will host a Trash and Treasure Sale from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Friday and Saturday in the parish social hall. The church needs donations, which can be dropped off from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Wednesday and Thursday. Items to consider donating include new regifting items, kitchen items, toys, furniture, tools, books, electronics, clothes and miscellaneous items. Do not take computers, TVs or tires. Food, drinks and a bake sale also will be available. To shop early, be there at 8:30 a.m. each day with a nonperishable item to be donated to St. Vincent de Paul. To donate items call 330-743-1109 with any questions. All proceeds from the sale will benefit the Summer Arts Camp for youths in August.

TRIPS

Trumbull County Travel Club’s next day trip will be a shopping trip July 23 to Canal Fulton, which will include a canal boat ride, glass production studio and dairy. Aug. 15 will be a dinner and wine taste on the way to a theater production at Rabbit Run. An Oct. 20-24 motor coach trip to Williamsburg, Va., and Washington, D.C., is filling quickly. The club will travel to Hawaii with a stop in San Diego in 2016. An informational meeting will take place Thursday for the Williamsburg/Washington trip and the Hawaii vacation.
