Liberty police arrest Youngstown man for pot plants

LIBERTY — Police arrested Scott Shall, 52, of Youngstown on June 9 for cultivation of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

An officer seized two 6-inch marijuana plants (an estimated value of $60), a glass pipe and a magazine about growing marijuana from Shall's apartment.

Shall will appear in Girard Municipal Court on Tuesday, June 16.
