Candace Levy Meyers, a Youngstown native, has become a partner at Boyle and Feinberg PC, a Chicago family law firm. She is a graduate of Indiana University and Capital University Law School, having specialized in family law for 11 years. She is a member of the Chicago Bar Association, Illinois Bar Association and the Decalogue Society of Lawyers, where she serves on the judicial evaluation committee.

BANKING

Farmers Trust Co. hired of George P. Millich Jr. as its new vice president, trust officer and personal trust administrator. Millich graduated with a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Youngstown State University in 1997. He then went on to earn a master’s of taxation degree and a juris doctorate from the University of Akron School of Business and the University of Akron Law School, respectively. Millich was recently an attorney specializing in estate planning and tax law for the Youngstown law firm of Harrington, Hoppe & Mitchell Ltd.His office is in the trust company’s Boardman location at 42 McClurg Road.
