Single-car accident results in downed wires in Jackson Twp.

NORTH JACKSON — A car ran into a telephone pole, causing downed wires on state Route 18 (Mahoning Avenue) east of state Route 45 in Jackson Township.

There was no word on the driver's condition. Motorists should avoid that area until further notice and the area is cleaned up.
