One-mile foot race set

The 14th annual Run of the Mill one-mile foot race will take place at 5:45 p.m. July 1 prior to the Annual Firemen’s Homecoming Festival Parade.

The race will begin at Holiday Hot Tubs on the corner of Marshall Road and Ohio Avenue and will proceed down Ohio Avenue to finish through the gates at McDonald Steel.

Registration is $12 in advance and $15 the day of the race. Those who register by June 19 will be guaranteed a T-shirt.

The overall male and female winners will receive $100 each and the runner-ups, $50 each. Other prizes will be awarded.
