The Band Perry to perform at Canfield Fair

CANFIELD

The Band Perry will play at the Canfield Fair this year.

The fair’s major concert announcement was made this morning.

Siblings Kimberly, Neil and Reed Perry released their self-titled debut album in 2010. The band’s hit single, “If I Die Young,” went quadruple-platinum. It hit No. 1 on Billboard’s country and adult contemporary charts.

The Band Perry has received multiple ACM, CMA, and CMT Music awards, as well as Grammy, Teen Choice, AMA, ACA, and Billboard Music award nominations.

Prices range from $35 to $60.

Caroline Kole will be the opening act for The Band Perry’s 8 p.m. Sept. 3 grandstand concert.

Tickets for the concert go on sale June 15.

On Sunday, Sept. 6, MercyME will play for Faith and Family Day at the fair, and the Happy Together Tour is set for Sept. 2.
