Mahoning commissioners change time of Thursday meeting to attend Marsico funeral

YOUNGSTOWN — The Mahoning County commissioners' Thursday meeting time has been changed to 1 p.m. so the board can attend the funeral of longtime county Engineer Richard A. Marsico, who died Saturday at the age of 80.

The meeting will be at the commissioner's hearing room in the courthouse basement, 120 Market St.
