Arson at vacant duplex, Youngstown firefighters say

Fire reports said a blaze at a vacant 607 Woodland Ave. duplex about 8:50 a.m. Monday was intentionally set.

A passerby called 911 and crews found light smoke when they arrived. Reports said the fire appeared to have started at a back door and spread to the first floor.

Damage is listed at $4,000. There were no injuries.
