Police say traffic stop produces crack cocaine
CAMPBELL
Police found Carl Stores, 57, of Campbell in possession of three grams of crack cocaine, according to a police report. The officer stopped Stores's Jeep because of a broken tail light. Curtis was unable to produce a drivers license and proof of insurance. Stores and his passenger, Gail Turner, 58, of Youngstown were arrested. The officers released a second passenger, since the passenger seat was in the back seat and the narcotics were in the front of the vehicle. Stores and Turner will be held without bail in the Mahoning County jail until their mandatory appearance at the Campbell Municipal Court on Tuesday.
