ODOT meeting with businesses in advance of Weestern Reserve bridge closure

NORTH LIMA — Representatives of the Ohio Department of Transportation District 4 are distributing information to about 100 businesses along Western Reserve Road today in preparation for the 75-day bridge closure over Interstate 680 beginning Monday, June 15.

ODOT is informing businesses about the $8.9 million project to replace and widen the Western Reserve Road bridge over 680, and answering questions business owners have.

"The biggest question is the ramps," said Justin Chesnic, ODOT District 4 public information officer.

"Yes, you just can't cross the bridge," he said.

The ODOT-recommended detour is state Route 7 to state Route 626 to state Route 164.
