FATHER'S DAY CONTEST

I'M SO GLAD HE'S MY DAD

The Vindicator is giving readers an opportunity to shine the spotlight on their dads for Father’s Day by entering our I’m So Glad He’s My Dad contest.

• To do so, send us your favorite picture of you and your dad along with a brief note explaining why he’s so special to you.

• All submissions will be eligible for a drawing for two $50 gift certificates from the Mahoning Valley Scrappers, good toward the purchase of game tickets, merchandise and food.

• Remember, we accept snapshots only; no professional portraits.

HOW TO ENTER

Email a large jpeg file to society@vindy.com or mail it to The Vindicator, Attn.: Barb Shaffer, Society/Features Editor, P.O. Box 780, Youngstown, OH 44501.

Don’t forget to include your telephone number so we can contact you if you’re the lucky winner. Also give us both of your names and cities of residence.

The winner will be drawn on Monday, June 15, and will be featured on our Sunday Valley Life page on Father’s Day, June 21.

All of the pictures we receive will appear in our photo gallery on our website at www.vindy.com.

• The winner will be drawn at random.

• Entering this contest constitutes permission by contestants for their names and photographs to be used without compensation.

• Employees of this newspaper and their immediate families are not eligible to win the prize, but their pictures will be included with the others on our website.

• The winner will be contacted via telephone by a Vindicator staff member.
