Austintown Senior Center, 100 Westchester Drive, has planned the following: Monday, active exercise at 8 a.m., 30 minutes with God and senior spinning at 9, monthly membership meeting at 9:30, Piloxing, bingo, painting class, beginner computer class and quilting at 10 and lunch and advanced computer class at noon; Tuesday, active exercise at 8 a.m., men’s breakfast and Pilates/yoga at 9, bingo, quilting and crocheting at 10, line dancing at 10:30, chair yoga and Microsoft Word computer class at 11:30, lunch at noon, class on candle meditation at 12:30 p.m., AARP council meeting at 1, intermediate computer class at 2 and car cruise at 5; Wednesday, active exercise at 8 a.m., 30 minutes with God, trip to Canton First Ladies Museum and blood pressure screenings at 9, intermediate computer class, bingo, quilting and BP Express at 10, senior spinning at 10:30, Zumba at 11, advance computer class at 11:30, $3 pizza party at noon and TOPS at 1 p.m.; Thursday, active exercise at 8 a.m., wood carving and aerobics at 9, S.O.S. at 9:30, chair yoga, vets helping vets, quilting and crocheting at 10, video class: natural healing at 10:30, knitting at 11, and lunch and grocery bingo at noon; and Friday, active exercise at 8 a.m., 30 minutes with God, trip to Rogers Flea Market and rally and video class: Skeptics American History at 9, discussion group, bingo, quilting and senior spinning 1 at 10, senior spinning (1C) at 10:30 and yoga at 11. Lighting the Way is a series of free programs on aging to help seniors and their families cope with the many decisions that come with advanced age. Legal Matters is the topic for the session from 1 to 3:30 p.m. June 20 at St. Paul Lutheran Church, 2860 E. Market St., Warren. Information about power of attorney, living will, durable power of attorney, guardianship and protecting your identity will be discussed. Representatives from Mahoning County Probate Court will attend, and Atty. Elliot Legow will speak. A question-and-answer period also is planned. Light refreshments will be provided during breaks.
