Family dinner honors Perrys for 65th milestone

AUSTINTOWN

G. James and Rosemary Perry of Austintown were the guests of honor at a dinner hosted by their daughters for their 65th wedding anniversary. The celebration, for immediate family, took place May 16 at the Upstairs Lounge.

The couple’s daughters are Joyce Mistovich of Largo, Fla.; Cynthia Packo of Austintown; and Rosemary Bowmaster of Columbus. They also have eight grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

Mrs. Perry, the former Rosemary Kane, retired in 1990 as secretary of St. Joseph Church. Mr. Perry retired in 1993 from Poling and Bacon Construction Co. of North Lima, where he worked as an operating engineer. He served in the U.S. Navy.

The Perrys are members of St. Christine Church in Youngstown. They were married May 25, 1950, at St. Dominic Church in Youngstown.
