St. Anthony of Padua Church, 1125 Turin St., will celebrate the Feast of St. Anthony during a Mass at 4 p.m. June 13.
The Lowellville Mount Carmel Band will be featured along with an outdoor procession.
After Mass, there will be food, an auction and 50/50 raffle in the church hall.
Choir anniversary

The Gospel Choir of Phillips Memorial Missionary Baptist Church, 1407 Victor Ave., will mark its 52nd anniversary at 4 p.m. June 14.
The choir invites male choruses, adult choirs, soloists, praise dancers and mime presenters of Valley churches to participate.
Church to honor grads at service
YOUNGSTWON
New Bethel Baptist Church, 1507 Hillman St., will recognize and honor its nine high school graduates and one college graduate during a service at 10:45 am. June 14.
This annual event will mark the 50th graduating class. The first class was honored June 14, 1965, by former pastor, the late Rev. K.A. Simon, who started the church educational committee in 1965. This committee provides book assistance to members attending higher education classes.
The church also will honor those members currently active with the church from the 1965 class.
Speaker will be Jon Howell, information-technology service manager for State Farm Corporate Office, Bloomington, Ill. Ohio Senate Minority Leader Joe Schiavoni of Boardman, D-33rd, will bring greetings.
A special program is planned at 9 a.m. June 14 for graduates matriculating through the church Sunday School program. Eve Griffin, a graduate student at the University of Akron, will be guest speaker.
Faith and family festival planned
NORTH CANTON
Registration is open for the free Faith and Family Festival planned from 10 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. July 12 at Walsh University’s Hoover Park, 1875 E. Maple St.
The event is sponsored by the Catholic Diocese of Youngstown’s Office of Pro-Life, Marriage and Family Life in partnership with Walsh University, and with the help of corporate sponsors.
Donations will be accepted.
The day will feature talks by Catholic speaker and author, Dr. Marcellino D’Ambrosia, praise and worship music led by Ben Walther, radio personality and emcee Brooke Taylor, and Mass at 5 p.m. celebrated by Monsignor Robert Siffrin, vicar general of the diocese.

Labyrinth walk
CANFIELD
“Celebrating Fatherhood” is the theme of a guided labyrinth walk planned from 6:30 to 7 p.m. Tuesday at The Ursuline Center, 4280 Shields Road, weather permitting.
People of faith are invited to participate.
The labyrinth is a ministry of the Ursuline Sisters of Youngstown and is open year-round from dawn to dusk for all people of faith.
There is no cost and it is handicapped-accessible.
Printed guides that give suggestions for following the path are provided at the Labyrinth’s entrance, but there is no right or wrong way to experience the sacred walk.
