May 26

Warrant: Police arrested William Carroll, 27,of Verdant Lane, Canfield on a Mayor’s Court warrant for failure to appear.

May 30

Surrendered: Christopher Dandrea, 26, of state Route 7, Lisbon, surrendered to authorities on a Canfield Mayor’s Court warrant for failure to appear.

May 31

Warrants: Police arrested Robert McMaster, 46, of Spillway Road, Lisbon, for falsification and multiple warrants.

May 25

Recovered property: A missing suitcase was recovered at a home in the 3000 block of Spring Meadow Circle.

Recovered property: A cellphone charger was recovered at a home in the 2000 block of Penny Lane.

Theft: Miscellaneous items were stolen from an auto parked in the 2000 block of Penny Lane.

Theft: A cellphone and gas card were stolen from an auto parked at a home in the 2000 block of Penny Lane.

Auto theft/recovered property: A car was stolen from a driveway in the 2000 block of Penny Lane using keys to the vehicle, which was left unlocked. The vehicle was later recovered in Youngstown.

Theft: A cellphone was stolen from an auto at a home in the 4000 block of Kirk Road.

Auto theft: A 2009 Silver Jeep Cherokee was stolen from a home in the 3000 block of Darbyshire Drive.

Theft: Weekend receipts were stolen at Comfort Inn, 5425 Clarkins Drive.

Theft: Clothing and jewelry were taken from a home in the 2000 block of Spring Meadows Circle.

Criminal mischief: A vehicle was entered and lotion dumped inside at a home in the 2000 block of Spring Meadows Circle.

Theft: Two pool cues were stolen from a vehicle parked at a home in the 3000 block of Darbyshire Drive.

Theft: Police arrested Mary Kerensky, 55, of Evanston Avenue, Youngstown, and issued two summons to her for theft and child endangering. Police said she stole $58.69 of merchandise at Walmart, 6001 Mahoning Ave., while she had her 13-year-old grandson with her.

Vandalism: A tractor-trailer was vandalized at the TA Travel Center,5400 Seventy-Six Drive.

Telecommunications harassment: Unwanted text messages were reported at a home in the 4000 block of Washington Square Drive.

Attempted robbery: A male wearing a blue bandana demanded money from the register at Country Fair, 1143 N. Canfield-Niles Road.

Criminal trespassing: Police arrested Bashir Mohamud, 22, of Columbus, on charges of trespassing at Chase Bank,5531 Mahoning Ave.

Theft: $180 to $200 was stolen from an auto parked at a home in the 1000 block of Signature Drive.

May 27

Theft: Various items were taken from Walmart.

Warrant: Police arrested Shane Woods, 20, of Indianola Road, Boardman, on a warrant for domestic violence.

May 28

Criminal damaging: Four tires were slashed at a home in the 900 block of Compass West.

Warrant: Police arrested Tera Tuchek, 24, of Atlanta Avenue, on a warrant for probation violation on an original charge of theft and failure to comply with a court order.

Criminal damaging: A bullet hole was found in a house in the 600 block of Wyndclift Circle.

Identity theft: A stolen identity was used to rent a hotel room. The identity belonged a person who lives at a home in the 5000 block of Country Trail.

Theft/recovered property: A lawnmower was taken and later recovered at a home in the 200 block of Elvira Drive.

May 29

Identity theft: A resident of the 300 block of Wilcox Road reported having his identity stolen.

Theft: A ring was reported stolen at Giant Eagle, 5220 Mahoning Ave.

Theft: Change was reported stolen from an auto parked at a home in the 6000 block of Herons Circle.

Theft: Police issued a summons to Lisa Collins, 36, of Lakeside Drive, Mineral Ridge, on a theft charge. Police accused her of taking $15.35 in merchandise at Walmart.

Warrant: Police arrested Timothy Collins, 38, of Lakeside Drive, Niles, on a warrant for failure to appear on a driving suspension.

Theft: Police arrested Shelly Schall, 52, of Redgate Lane, on a summons for theft of $150 in merchandise from Walmart.

Warrant: Police arrested Kyashia Madison, 20, of Delaware Avenue, Youngstown, on a warrant for assault.

May 30

Domestic violence: Police arrested James Schmidt, 32, of the 1000 block of Compass West on a domestic-violence charge.

Theft: A woman was scammed out of $120 at a home in the 2000 block of Evelyn Road.

Menacing: A homeowner was threatened by an employer in the 4000 block of Norquest Boulevard.

Aggravated burglary: An apartment was robbed in the 1000 block of Compass West Drive.

May 31

Drug offense: Police issued a summons to a 17-year-old female of the 2000 block of Bainbridge Avenue for curfew violation with drug charges pending.

Criminal damaging: A BB gun was used to shoot through a window in the 5000 block of Baylor Avenue.

Drug offense: Police issued a summons to Dustin Nerone, 24, of Paisley Street, on a charge of possession of hashish.

Burglary: A television was taken from a home in the 80 block of Rosemont Avenue.
