Ashlee B. Schneider, 31, Centerfield Road, Lowellville, obstructing justice.

Braylon W. Black, 20, Hanley Avenue, failure to comply with the order or signal of a police officer.

Joe Haskins, 51, West Myrtle Avenue, possession of cocaine, endangering children and operating a motor vehicle while under the influence.

Chrissy L. Wortman, 33, Ragland Drive Northeast, Warren, theft.

Vincent J. Dogdson, 22, South Crandon Avenue, Niles, theft.

Kamala Belton, 23, Monroe Street, Campbell, theft.

Stacey M. Sullivan, 31, Creed Struthers, grand theft.

Edward C. Wheeler, 28, Youngstown-Pittsburgh Road, New Middletown, possession of heroin and physical control of vehicle.

Jared Kleine, 19, West Boston Avenue, burglary.
