Youngstown man arrested for public indecency in Boardman

BOARDMAN — Township police made an arrest in a case in which a man reportedly performed a sexual act on himself at Subway inside Walmart, 1300 Doral Drive.

John Hunter, 28, of Youngstown, is charged with public indecency for the May 15 incident.

A store employee told police at the time that she witnessed a man, who appeared to be watching a pornographic video on his phone, sitting at a table performing a sexual act.

Police arrested Hunter on Wednesday after he reportedly came back to the same Subway.
